Eggs Benedict with ham ($9) comes with a side of hash browns or tender red potatoes, and the typical egg scramble ($8.95) of spinach, onions, tomato and bacon is held together with potato chunks and a generous helping of Parmesan. Arrive early or the fresh and lean corned-beef hash ($8.50), made from scratch each day, will be long gone. (MM)
