What do you see in the picture?
NICK FISH : “Bud Clark’s beard.”
ED GARREN : “Being a ‘shrink’ by profession, I’m the wrong guy to ask this. I see black blots on a white background.”
JIM MIDDAUGH : “It looks like a group of voters who miss substantive coverage of important local elections.”
