Trail Mix

• Candidates have been wearing out their writin’ hands, filling out endless endorsement questionnaires from interest groups like the friendly postal workers at the National Association of Letter Carriers Branch 82 . This year, that union asked candidates for their positions on outsourcing, health care, junk mail (the postal union is for it) and—because there’s not much anyone can do about rain, snow or sleet—“animal control .” According to the NALC, dogs bite an average of 10 postal workers every day; attacks begin rising in February and peak in June. Branch 82, which represents some 2,000 Portland-area letter carriers, will make its endorsement after April 9.

• Voted yet? No, not in the May 20 primary. But at candidatesgonewild.com , where thousands have already weighed in on which City Hall candidates they want on stage at America’s premier political hootenanny April 28. Meantime, tickets for the event at the Roseland Theater are available for $4 apiece at WW, 2220 NW Quimby St. and the Bus Project, 333 SE 2nd Ave.

When Candidates Blog

Jim Lee, 70, is running for mayor of Portland, and he’s also blogging about it at blogmayor.com. Look, kids, it’s easy! Far easier, in fact, than sitting between fellow candidates Sam Adams and Sho Dozono at a recent forum hosted by Portland businessman Roy Jay. “My elbows were at full extension for two hours keeping them apart,” Lee writes on WWire. “Felt like the referee for Frazier-Ali!”

And from his blog...

Tom Potter manque

Roy Jay is a real comedian. He sat me between Sho and Sam for the “Big Job Interview” event on Wednesday. I did better than the night before at the Rose City Park Neighborhood Association’s forum; crisp one-liners are easier for me than extended oratory.

If you saw Jack Ohman’s drawing in The Big O today, I am the protozoa between the shark (with dark glasses) and the pugnacious goldfish: invisible.

WE WOULD ASK OBAMA, WHAT ARE THE FACTS?

Our opinions (op) and credible research (cr)

1.Were the years you volunteered an exchange for education?

While volunteering did you receive living expenses and a small salary?

Isn’t it misleading (deceitful) to let us assume, that you volunteered time and lived a meager life style without compensation? Most, if not all, Federal volunteer programs include living expenses and salary. Check it out in the “Federal-Catalog-of-Domestic-Assistance-Programs” (cr)(op).

2. Didn’t you get an Ethical foundation and other subjects in the Indonesian school?

Didn’t you know that Ethical foundation was Muslim?

On the Internet in ‘Indonesian open schools’ schools is financed is by WORLD-BANK (WB). In the WB site, is the WB formation; A group of wealthy ‘oil men’ wanted to invest in something profitable and bring Peace to troubled areas of the world. Where Political and/or Religious unrest exists, oil-well development is unrealistic and unprofitable. WBs first ventures failed until inclusion of schools. The largest percentage of WB ‘oil men’ is Arabic. Eighty five percent of Indonesians are Muslims. W B financed schools are Muslim. In the Muslim religion Ethics is an important suppression for peace. Next step a One-World-Government. Visualize a CHANGED world of workers with political, oil, schools, country and people owned by a few rulers? No more creative Einstein’s, Bill Gates or Paul Knights only ‘sweet speak’ Osama Bin Laden copies. Religion is never written into any United States school, childcare, etc. program. (Condensed from W-B site and space saving writers license)(cr)(op)

3. Didn’t your; Mothers parents, your Grandparents, pay for all your living and growing

up expenses from age ten through High School Graduation?

Wasn’t that Hawaiian school, your Grandparents paid for; private, expensive and

Christian?

You were not working where did you get the money for pot and drugs?

Didn’t you deceive your Grandparents for money?

4. Didn’t you attend Occidental College In California, because of its predominate color?

How was your Occidental College tuition paid?

5. Didn’t you applaud for six years a one color House of Worship?

Did you seek out a partial group of people?

6. Who will you appoint to fill your cabinet, house and staff?

Have you been in Washington long enough to know the people?

President Clinton came as a stranger to Washington, ‘sweet speakers’ carry-overs from the previous ‘other Party’ administration created a huge mess for President Clinton. Their ultimate goal was to embarrass President Clinton and the Democratic Party. The outcome was found unconstitutional, the error was found to be of the Church and not of the State, were this a Muslim error the incident would not end the same (op). Known or unknown to you Obama there are ‘wolves-in-sheep-clothes’ who, as you ‘sweet speak’ who are Ethically and Morally striving for Peace towards ‘One World Government’? CHANGE must be of the people for the people and by the people, one WORLD-BANK or WORLD-BANK-RULE is not a Democracy. Willful or not President Bush and his administration assistants have this country deep in debt and an upset infrastructure (op).

7. Obama what can you give to this Country – What do you desire for your legacy?

How will you protect our liberty and Freedoms?

You talk a good talk but can you walk a good walk?

The President is too important a position for even on vote of chance. You need to prove yourself not to be a party, willing or, to WORLD-BANK-MONEY (op). We, are not opposed to Islam, Muslim or any other religion, We, are opposed to religion in Government. We are not opposed to Blacks/Africans, or any other race or color or creed. We are opposed to this Government being run by people who are not for all the people first (op).

The President of the United States should be an improvement and reformation of what is, not an experiment of what is not (op).

Our votes go to Hillary because she; thinks, questions and stands tested and tall for our Liberty, Freedoms and United States Constitution, her legacy should called “Lady First President of our Country” (op)
