EAT FRUGALLY: Cheap isn’t always an appropriate adjective for the Heathman, but its newest menu, dubbed Happy All the Time, makes fine dining affordable starting at 2 pm daily in the hotel’s Marble Bar, Sidewalk Cafe and Tea Court. Crab cakes, mac ’n’ cheese gratin and Oregon berries and chèvre salad are all available in small or large sizes for less than $15.
