In this Friends of Chamber Music concert, one of the world’s finest string foursomes plays two excellent programs: music by Beethoven, contemporary composer Krzysztof Penderecki and Dvorak on Monday; then more Beethoven, Bartok’s striking fourth quartet, Schubert’s lovely quartet movement and selections from contemporary Chinese composer Y-Wen Jiang’s Chinasong on Tuesday.
