Champagne is the center of most New Year’s celebrations. Chocolate is the center of most people’s lives. Why not combine the two? Pix will offer more than 300 champagne options for all budgets, to drink there or pop at home. But with a flowing tower of Cava, chocolate mousse, truffles and outdoor chestnut roasting, it might be hard to go home. For a truly memorable New Year’s, a $1200 bottle of Bollinger La Grand Année 1999 Jeroboam should be a good place to start.
