Michael Hollinger’s Red Herring doesn’t open at Artists Rep till Feb. 15, but in a fortuitous bit of scheduling, Portland Civic Theatre Guild presents a staged reading of the playwright’s earlier work about two middle-aged women and the power of cinema.
