Laura Read, winner of the 2011 Donald Hall Prize for Poetry, explores how the loss of a parent at a young age can affect a child well into adulthood in her book of poems Instructions for My Mother’s Funeral. She will be joined by Maya Jewell Zeller reading from her debut poetry collection, Rust Fish.
