This fundraising concert propels the award-winning singers to Italy’s 52nd annual Seghizzi International Competition for Choral Singing, where they’ll be the first American choir to participate. The repertoire here and there will comprise American folk and traditional songs, works by contemporary composers Eric Whitacre, Eriks Esenvalds and Ivo Antonini, plus Romantic works by Mendelssohn, Verdi and much more. Sunday’s free performance is at the Tigard Public Library (13500 SW Hall Blvd., Tigard).
