[COUNTRY-HOP] As a kid, ZZ Ward played the bars of Roseburg, Ore., in her father’s blues band. She’s all grown up now, based out of L.A. and featured on TV shows and the late-night talk-show circuit. The  soulful twentysomething frontwoman belts atop country and blues melodies and big hip-hop beats. Last year, Ward released Til the Casket Drops, a record that sounds something like Christina Aguilera taking requests at a small-town bar.
