Seemingly every act in Portland is performing at some point during the third annual, weekend-long Umbrella Festival put on by Wanderlust Circus. Sharp-tongued ringmaster Noah Mickens and juggler David “Leapin’ Louie” Lichtenstein have booked a who’s who of Portland performers in the lineup, including acrobats the Acro Devils, aerialists from AWOL Dance Collective, burlesque performers Tana the Tattooed Lady and Miss Alex Kennedy, gender-defying diva Isaiah Esquire and clown drag queen Carla Rossi. Performances vary by night.
