<p>[STRIKE UP THE BAND] For the second year of a burgeoning annual tradition, the leading lights of Portland's musical community again gather together to spur donations for the Jeremy Wilson Foundation (named after the former Dharma Bum) through a recreation of <i>The Last Waltz</i>, the star-studded, Scorsese-filmed final concert of the Band. Alongside house bands Berthaline and Lewi Longmire and the Crackers (with Paul Brainard's Portland's Horns), Viva Voca's Kevin and Anita Robinson will duet Neil Young, Jerry Joseph will unleash his inner Dylan, members of Black Prairie will bear “The Weight,” and a host of additional luminaries will tackle what's become the core classic rock songbook.&nbsp;</p>
