The Audience Awards for the 39th Portland International Film Festival

159 films were screened at PIFF. These are the best.

The Academy might be mostly white men, but at the Portland International Film Festival, every audience member gets to vote for their favorites. In the two weeks of PIFF, 38,000 audience members saw 97 features and 62 shorts.
