Bridge City's shops aren't flashy or overly branded—they're utility shops, with customer bases that fit their locations. The North Williams location caters to neighborhood buyers, while the Grand spot is popular with commuters and office workers on breaks. Bridge City's more conversational service can mean slightly longer waits, but it's led to repeat customers who regularly buy different grams every few days. Midrange product isn't popular here—customers usually opt for large purchases of cheaper stuff or a gram or two of the best. And you can buy like a normal, law-abiding adult here—credit cards are accepted.

Tyler Hurst

An alleged Twitter legend, Tyler Hurst is trying to figure out if he’s most like the blue, red, or green shell. He's worked with Seth Godin on the Domino Project, written for contact/kontakt, hosted the podcast StorytellersAZ, given a TEDxPhoenixSalon speech, produced CenPhoCamp, co-produced PodCamp and TechPhx, served as founding editor for the Downtown Phoenix Journal and Scottsdale Downtowner, and wrote a book called HipCider. He currently writes for WW, Potlander, and Thrillist.

Willamette Week’s reporting has concrete impacts that change laws, force action from civic leaders, and drive compromised politicians from public office.
