Flora, Fauna, and Motorcycles


Have you ever found yourself wandering through a beautiful and idyllic garden, filled with specially bred flowers, wild and fragrant roses, surrounded by 400 year old historic oak trees and thought to yourself, “You know, this place is nice, but what it really needs is motorcycles”? If so, then you are in luck!

Saturday, May 16 the Oregon Garden in Silverton plays host to the second annual Thunder in the Garden, a showcase of motorcycles from throughout the United States, with prizes being awarded in 10 categories, including classic American, specialty, and Quick Throttle Magazine's Editor's Choice, plus many more.

Overlooking the Willamette Valley, the Oregon Garden features a specialty garden, art, and flora and fauna you will not find anywhere else, it is is open to the public for events and daily tours.

The Thunder in the Garden event will also feature vendors, food, live music, and beer from Seven Bridges Brewing. Admission costs $10 for the public, but is free for members of the Oregon Garden.
