Even though Cyber Monday just wrapped up, we’re still getting blessed with excellent deals today. White noise machines rule, but really don’t skimp out on cheap Destiny 2, because that’s a steal for one of the year’s best games.Take 30% off of Marpac white noise machines, $21-$32, through the end of the day

The Marpac Marpac Dohm-DS WILL help you or your baby get to sleep. (Marpac)
The Marpac Dohm-DS ($32) WILL help you or your baby get to sleep. (Marpac)

Sleep: It’s really, really hard to get. I have to sleep with a fan running in my bedroom, and if you (or your toddler) consistently struggle to nod off, you might need something that makes a little bit of ambient noise to do so. And today’s best sale does exactly that.

Marpac is taking 30% three of it’s models: the base level Dohm ($21), the upgraded Dohm-DS ($32) and the Rohm ($21) travel model. The Dohm uses a motor to suck in air and create constant white noise (at an adjustable volume) just like a fan, minus the air circulation. For an additional $10, the Dohm-DS lets you control the tone, and the 3.7 oz Rohm has three adjustable modes (white noise, deep white noise and gentle surf) and is USB-rechargable.

These guys are called the Vex and you want to shoot them in the glowing light. (Destiny 2)
These guys are called the Vex and you want to shoot them in the glowing light. (Destiny 2)

First person shooter Destiny 2 is one of the best games to come out this year, presenting a compelling story, ultra-fun PVP and great shooting mechanics in an MMO shell that doesn’t require you to devote your entire life to the game to be good at it. But, it has one downfall (well, two, if you count that the developers had been lying to players about how much experience they were getting in the game), and that is that the endgame content is paltry.

RELATED: I’m Starting to Cool On Destiny 2

The good thing is that the game’s new expansion, Curse of Osiris, is dropping next Tuesday, and it should provide an excellent bolster to D2’s endgame content. If you’ve been on the fence about picking it up, Bungie is helping you take the leap with a *massive* discount today, over 50%, which is super rare for a huge title that has only been out for 3 months. I strongly recommend snapping this up if you’re looking for a title to get you through winter, because I’ll be jumping back on for the new expansion next week.

Resistance bands are one of those things that look “easy” because they’re big rubber bands and not brawny barbells. They’re not easy. They’re hard as fuck, excellent for rehab and targetting specific muscle groups, and they can wipe you out before you even know it.

You can get a great 12-piece set of home resistance bands from Mpow for only $15 today, which comes with five bands providing 10 through 30 pounds of resistance, plus handles, a door brace and ankle straps.
