Established in 1994, Coffee Time remains unchanged as destination retailers and restaurants have appeared on every side, with increasingly cozy, lamp-lit corners as you walk farther into the well-worn space. Though the hours have shortened in recent years, Coffee Time is still the place for westside night owls to get a 10 pm latte and settle into a studious nook.
