This neon-bedecked omelette mill includes a coffee bar and a veranda-style room with a fireplace where you can soothe your Sunday-morning hangover with breakfast cocktails like the Back Seat ($6.50) with vodka, triple sec and muddled oranges. The menu is mostly standard brunch fare, but specials like Bunkhouse Vittles ($9.25), a sampler platter of chicken apple sausage, potatoes, two eggs and hazelnut French custard toast, and Eggs Mazatlán ($8.75), with melted Jack, salsa, guacamole, olives and poached eggs on a tortilla, step outside the everyday. With its many tropical plants and a 1962 pink convertible on display, the Cadillac feels like a road trip to Miami, circa 1965. (LH)
