Republican Rob Cornilles and Democrat Suzanne Bonamici are running against each other in the Jan. 31 special election to replace Congressman David Wu, who resigned last year. Both candidates were in our office this week.

We thought this section of the interview, about the chase for money and what it does to elected officials, was especially interesting—and candid.
