Kitzhaber Will Announce 2014 Plans Monday

Gov. John Kitzhaber has been raising money (a quarter of a million dollars so far) like a candidate for re-election in 2014. But the three-term governor has taken a surprisingly long time to announce his plans for next year.

Kitzhaber will announce his decision—he's running, people familiar with his plans tell WW—at a Monday morning press conference in East Portland.
