Northwest Children's Theater Summer Camps
Age Ranges and Dates: Ages 4 - 14, June 19 - August 25

Northwest Children's Theater's award-winning summer camps are coming to a neighborhood near you! Whether you’re new to theater or you’re ready to enhance your acting, singing, and dancing technique, there’s something for everyone at NWCT. Camps include immersive creative drama with themes like Bluey’s World and Hagrid’s Hut; specialty camps like musical theater and stage combat; and plays and musicals like Sing! and Nevermore Academy. Students will learn theater skills in a safe and welcoming environment while gaining confidence, building social skills, and having fun!

International School of Portland - Language Immersion Summer Camp
Age Ranges and Dates: Ages 3-5th Grade
Two Week Sessions: June 26 – July 7, July 10 – 21, July 24 – August 4

Metropolitan Performing Arts
Age Ranges and Dates: 2 week summer intensive Suessical Jr. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 19 through the 30th with performaces on the 30th and July 1st.
3 week summer intensive The Sound of Music is 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. July 10th through the 28th with performances on July 28th, 29th, and 30th.
Harry Potter Acting camps August 7th through the 11th 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and August 14th through the 18th 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
LARP Wizard camp is 2 weeks long from August 7th through the 18th from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for ages 11 to 18.

This Summer at Metropolitan Performing Arts, we have tons of amazing summer camps. Join us the last two weeks of June for Suessical Jr, ages 7 to 12 from 9am to 3pm. For 3 weeks in July our Mainstage kids program, ages 8 to 18 will be rehearsing and performing The Sound of Music. Finally, in August we have our Harry Potter acting camps and our LARP Wizard School.

PNCA Pre-College Foundation Intensive
Age Ranges and Dates: Ages 15-18, Monday through Friday, July 10-July 21, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Camp Location: PNCA, 511 NW Broadway, Portland
Experience in-person classes at PNCA while leveling up your skills and your portfolio with our summer intensives for high school students! PNCA is known for our Pre-College Summer Intensives, when high school students study in Portland at PNCA for a true art and design school experience. Our Pre-College Summer Intensives help students level up their portfolios for college admissions in the company of other talented students. The sessions also help a teen try on art and design school, getting a better idea if pursuing a four-year degree at a dedicated art and design college feels right.

Wy'east Wolfpack Trail Running & Forest Skills Camp
Age Ranges and Dates: Ages 7-17. Last week of July and first week of August (Monday thru Friday both weeks)
Camp Location: Renaissance School of Art and Science
Become a member of the Wolfpack by getting into the forest this summer. Build confidence, body awareness, and an appreciation of Portland’s unique access to the forests… all the while having fun!
Connect with your ancestral traditions and tune in to your animal nature by using your body the way it evolved to be used. We will practice hiking, running and agility skills, discuss the importance of forest stewardship and supportive social dynamics of a “pack”, and much more!
This Trail Skills camp will help children of all abilities develop their physical fitness, familiarize themselves with the trails and enhance their knowledge of the PNW habitat. Mornings will be spent with movement games and drills; Afternoons will involve taking those skills onto the beautiful trails near the school.
Every day will be different, incorporating engaging and inspiring activities from your trail mentors. The kids will be so excited to come home and tell you about their daily adventures! p

For the first time, Northwest Outward Bound School is offering summer day camps! Join us for an incredible opportunity to experience the magic of Outward Bound in Portland this summer.
Over the course of each week, campers will climb, explore, and complete challenge activities with their crew, while building confidence in themselves and their outdoor skills. Camps are led by our skilled Outward Bound Instructors who teach perseverance and compassion through adventure.
